McCain/Feingold has done more to harm the constitution of the United States than any other enemy could ever hope to or dream of accomplishing. And this commie bastard wheres this bill as an accomplishment for the good.

this ammendment the most important one the first one says you cant fuck with free speach thats plain as day but this asshole can't see it. Yet he can see that it gives a woman the right to get an abortion. How I don't know but they always say a womans right to chose3 is a first ammendment right.
Well now the FCC wants to come after blogers under the McCain Feingold bill to stop us from talking about a candidate before an election.

ReplyDeleteIt's hard to see how in the heck we've come to the point where it's OK to restrict political speech via laws like McCain-Feingold, but the first amendment right to porn is absolute.
Call me crazy, but I think free political speech is a mite more important.
