Neal Richardson is a Denver deputy district attorney, and Spencer Crona is in private practice. They have written widely on the subject of military tribunals.
They wrote this article in the Denver Post. Which basicly says that congress now needs to get off its collective asses, and address the Military Tribunal question in this war.
Personaly I don't think the members of Congress have the Brains or the Balls to actualy come up with a set of rules for dealing with this problem. They need to address the issues and demands that are put forth by Justice Stevens summation of the issue. If they don't act, what we are left with is a policy that treats TERRORISTS like ILLEGAL Immigrants "CATCH & RELEASE".
