Interesting trivia: His mum is British, he was educated in the UK (Surrey & Oxford) and the US before joining Sandhurst Military Academy. He joined the 13th/18th Royal Hussars (Queen Mary's Own) upon commission as a Second Leftenant the following year. King Abdullah retains close links with the British Army and is the Colonel-in-Chief of The Light Dragoons a tank regiment and the successor to the 13th/18th Royal Hussars. ( Last Colonel in Chief of Dragoons was Diana Princess of Wales). Apparently good pals with HRH Prince Charley boy, he rejects extremism as a deviation of Islam & supports a two state system for the Palestinians and Israelis. The rest re Iraq im sure you know....acc to net he is also a huge fan of Star Trek & once appeared in an episode. I wonder what they will do to that vile woman suicide bomber?
