Clinton waives conditions placed by Congress on the 1.3 billion dollars of aid - requiring Egypt to meet certain democratic reforms before being granted the funds.

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton gave the green light Friday for U.S. military aid to Egypt despite concerns that Cairo was not meeting goals in its democratic transition. Clinton waived conditions placed by Congress on the 1.3 billion dollars of aid - requiring Egypt to meet certain democratic reforms before being granted the funds - saying the move was in the United States' national interest. "These decisions reflect America's over-arching goal: to maintain our strategic partnership with an Egypt made stronger and more stable by a successful transition to democracy," State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland said.

Now she does these actions on behalf of the American Public at the Orders of President Obama. The other issue is even more troublesome. The U.N. Small Arms Treaty, which she will sign on Friday the 27th is a direct assault on the American Public and the U.S, Constitution. Now there are not enough votes in the Senate to Ratify it, but it doesn't have to be ratified, to be implemented. If a Treaty is signed by the Secretary of State, and not renounced by the President, and not voted on by the Senate IT BECOMES THE LAW.

On July 27th, the nations of the world are scheduled to meet in New York to sign a global Arms Trade Treaty (ATT). Disguised as a way to prevent the proliferation of small arms throughout the world, it is, in fact, a backdoor way to legislate gun control in the United States and effectively repeal our Second Amendment. The ATT will set up a global body which will require all nations to regulate firearms so that they can prevent their exportation to other countries. Inevitably, this will require countries to inventory the guns in private hands and to register them. A gun ban is not far away. The ATT, under the Supremacy Clause of the US Constitution, would have the power of a constitutional amendment and would, effectively, repeal the Second Amendment guaranteeing us the right to bear arms.

If after she signs this Treaty Obama is reelected there will be people coming door to door for our guns. There will be blood. Do not underestimate the venom and violence that the American Public will react with. I posted a clip of what the head of the NRA said to the U.N. and he represents the sane gun owners.

Obama, Lybia, and Israel

Both Obama and Power are skilled at hiding their ultimate ideological goals out of sight, behind a screen of practical problem-solving. Obama and Power are attempting to accustom us to a whole new way of thinking about war, and about America’s place in the world.
Obama likes following this womans advice as shown by his first two apology tours of Europe, In a 2003 piece for the New York Times, " Power bemoaned the reluctance of American policymakers to apologize to other countries for our supposed past mistakes." A 2007 piece by Power in The New York Times Book Review attacked the phrase “War on Terror,” which of course the Obama administration has since dropped. Her writings, Obama's actions, combined with their long working relationship. Gives weight to how much he uses her advice. The only person advising Obama longer than this loon is Rev Wright, and Bill Ayers.

In Power’s view, to be credible, humanitarian interventions must respond to immediate danger (thus Obama’s waiting until the militarily unpropitious moment when Benghazi itself was under imminent threat), must be supported by multilateral bodies (thus the resort to the U.N., NATO, and the Arab League in preference to the U.S. Congress), “must forswear up front . . . commercial or strategic interests in the region” (thus the disavowal of regime change as a goal of our multilateral action), and must “commit to remaining for a finite period” (as Obama has pledged to do in Libya). Even NATO’s threat to bomb the rebels if they kill civilians (which struck many as unrealistic, and at cross-purposes with our supposed military goals) is foreshadowed in Power’s writings, which highlight the need to police both sides in any humanitarian action.
The novel doctrine of “responsibility to protect,” which Power means the Libyan action to enshrine in international law, could someday be used to justify military intervention to impose a “two-state solution” on Israel this is one of Power’s longstanding goals.

The so-called international community has justified military intervention in Libya on humanitarian grounds: Col. Qaddafi was threatening mass murder in Benghazi. But for years, Iran has been threatening mass murder in every city, town, and village of Israel. So, too, has Hamas, Iran’s client, which rules Gaza and has fired thousands of rockets and mortars into Israel. Fatah, which rules the West Bank, incites terrorism against Israelis while its al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades kill Israelis whenever they get the chance. Where is the international community there?
Libya is actually designed to free the Obamanations hands to use Military force against Israel if it defends itself. After all the Palli terrorists always launch their missiles from schools and hospitals. Their command and control sites are purposly located in buildings with a ton of civilians. Any retaliation by Israel always kills civilians because that is what the terrorists want.
With the establishment of Ms. Powers or if you prefer you can call her Mrs. Sunstein she is married to Cass Sunstein, anyway with the establishment of the precedent of destroying military hardware, of any side that fires into areas where civilians are, under orders from the U.N. sets Israel up for an attack by U.S. forces. It also frees the President to do it on his own without involving Congress. Now with Obama's demonstrated disdain for Israel, do you think they might need to worry?

Richard Branson plans deep-ocean submarine dives

Billionaire adventurer Richard Branson plans submarine dives to deepest part of world's oceans

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (AP) -- Billionaire adventurer Richard Branson on Tuesday unveiled a new single-person submarine that he said will be used to set new world records by exploring the five deepest parts of the world's oceans.

Branson said that over the next two years, the solo craft will go to the bottom of the Mariana Trench in the Pacific Ocean, the Atlantic's Puerto Rico Trench and South Sandwich Trench, the Diamantina Trench in the Indian Ocean and the Molloy Deep in the Arctic Ocean.

Branson's fellow explorer, Chris Welsh, plans to make the first descent later this year to the Mariana Trench, which at 36,000 feet is deeper than Mount Everest is high. Branson then plans to explore the 28,000-foot-deep Puerto Rico Trench.

While the pilots for the other three trips have not been chosen, Branson said they hope to set as many as 30 Guinness World Records with the dives.

"The last great challenge for humans is to explore the depths of our planet's oceans," the Virgin Atlantic founder said at the Newport Harbor Yacht Club.

A news release said there was only one frontier left for Branson's Virgin brand, which has reached "the seven continents of the earth, up into the jet stream and soon, even into space."

"If someone says something is impossible, we like to prove it's possible," Branson said. "I love learning and I'm just very fortunate to participate in these kinds of adventures."

Branson unveiled the submarine, a nearly 18-foot long, white-and-blue airplane-like craft with stubby wings and a cockpit.

The carbon fiber and titanium craft will be capable of cruising for about 6.2 miles (10 kilometers) and can stay down unaided for 24 hours. The sub and its accompanying catamaran cost an estimated $17 million.

Branson said his so-called Virgin Oceanic expedition will have a scientific and educational purpose. He hopes the voyages will help to educate the public about mankind's impacts on the world's oceans and marine life.

He is partnering with Scripps Institution of Oceanography in San Diego, Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute and Moss Landing Marine Labs in Northern California as well as other research institutions. Scientists hope to study the tectonic plates and eventually use lander vehicles to bring back water, microbes and possibly small creatures from the ocean depths.

"We have 800 pounds of moon rocks and not one drop from the bottom of the ocean," said Alex Tai, Virgin Group director of special projects.

The dives will be dangerous and the pilots will likely be down in the dark and cold ocean depths for hours will little communication with the outside world. Rescues will be impossible, Welsh said. Still, he was clearly more excited than wary of the prospect, saying there is a magic to exploring new places.

"It's like going to the moon and having the lunar rover to explore around," Welsh said.

The dives also will be recorded and uploaded to Google Earth, said John Hanke, the Internet search engine's vice president of product management.

"Our mission for Google Earth is to create an interactive virtual globe and enable users to visit places that they've never explored, including the world's oceans," he said.

The submarine originally was commissioned by Branson's close friend and fellow adventurer Steve Fossett, who died in 2007 while flying a plane over the Sierra Nevada. Fossett had intended to complete the first solo dive to the Mariana Trench, Branson said.

Branson also said he plans to create a larger submarine that can hold more people and offer trips to tourists for a sizable fee.

Last year he unveiled a three-person submarine called the Necker Nymph, which is available for $2,500 a day for guests of his private resort in the Caribbean. The submarine, created by San Francisco-based Hawkes Ocean Technologies, is capable of going almost 100 feet deep. In a subsequent interview with Popular Mechanics, Hawkes officials said they were also working with Branson on submersibles capable of high-speed deep sea travel.

Branson has also been working on a space tourism venture with the construction of a $209 million spaceport in New Mexico. The British businessman has said he expects to launch the first suborbital flights from Spaceport America between mid-summer 2011 and spring 2012. Many of the 500 people that have signed up to be astronauts have expressed interest in being "aquanauts," he said.

While most of the country is still dealing with the daily realities of a struggling economy, University of California, Berkeley professor Robert Reich said the super-rich are richer today than they have ever been and there is a market in selling them new adventures.

High-end retailers such as Tiffany & Co. and Neiman Marcus continue to do well despite the economy, he said. And even as NASA experiences budget cuts, the extraordinary wealthy are willing to pay small fortunes to go into space or into the depths of the ocean, said the public policy professor.

"People who are selling to the super-rich basically can't lose," said Reich, former Secretary of Labor during the Clinton administration. "Richard Branson can dig a hole to the center of the earth and charge a million dollars a day to go through it and he'd find people to take him up on the offer."

Unions are NOT the Middle Class

Over the past week we have seen demonstration after demonstration of Unions coming out in support of their "brothers" in Wisconsin.

At every rally no matter where in the country it takes place you hear one thing, and you see one thing. The Scripted Mantra you hear is "Were here to defend the Middle Class", and the one thing that you see, is some Union Thug going psycho on someone.

Well someone has to tell these couldn't hold a job without a Union assholes that A) You do not represent Middle Class America, You represent 12% of the American workforce. Half of that 12% are Government Workers Unions, and B) the other half are the last of the cancer eating away at the core of American Industry.

Unions have destroyed every industry they have touched. This is no longer the 30s where Unions needed to protect the working man. Business and the law evolved but not the knuckle dragging scum of the Unions.

Unions drove American Steel out of business, Unions destroyed the Big 3 Auto makers, and Unions still to this day are crippling the Airline industry. Every job the United States has lost over the past 60yrs can be laid right at the feet of Americas Labor Unions.

They are lead by devout Marxists, and their rank and file are to stupid to even know that they are the communist party of the United States. Ask them, ask any Union member if they think they are a commie, I would immediately duck because the Neanderthal you are talking to will take a swing at you, as he or she boasts how patriotic and truly American they are.

Yet they can't get or hold a job on their own. They can't pay their own way on their Health Plan, or their Retirement, and to top it all off, they believe they are OWED all this.

Well let me tell ya buddy you ain't owed shit, and you ain't worth shit. and all your pension money is in the pockets of idiots like John Kerry, The Kennedy's, The Daley's and any other Democrat that needs a dime. So when you go to retire your going to be on welfare god willing, because none of them will give you the time of day.

Our fearless leader El Duce Obama stepped over the line the other day far enough that even the liberals should get nervous, but they won't because those that suffer from the mental disease Liberalism are incapable of following actions out to the resulting consequences.

President Barack Obama’s decision not to fully enforce the Defense of Marriage law, has consequences. Obama's Attorney General Eric Holder said on Wednesday that the administration will not defend the constitutionality of the Defense of Marriage Act in the courts, which has banned recognition of same-sex marriage for 15 years. President Clinton signed the act into law in 1996.

Newt Gingrich summed it up best, Gingrich slammed Obama for his decision, telling Newsmax that he is not a “one-person Supreme Court” and his decision sets a “very dangerous precedent” that must not be allowed to stand.

Yet dollars to donuts it does stand. Who is going to challenge it? The Press, Harry Reid? If you mention this to "ordinary" People you know the ones that watch American Idol, and Jersey Shore. They would have no clue that it happened let alone what it means.

What it means if it is let to stand, is that the United States just became a dictatorship.

Obama has set the precedent that the President of The United States is not bound by the rule of Law, and if he can choose what laws he won't enforce, what is to stop him from deciding what he will prosecute? He can even make up things to prosecute. Tell me why not?
