Outrageous statement… not really. Julian Assange should have been
killed because he is a spy and an enemy provocateur. The fruits of his
attack on the U.S. has been the death of numerous assets that he
revealed the names, villages, relatives’ and even precise GPS locations
of Afghans co-operating with Nato forces that were accessed easily from
files released by Assange, and have been killed as a result. Besides
the blood that is on his hands, letting him live set a precedent.
<br />
Julian Assange is not an American citizen and he has no
constitutional rights. So, there’s no reason that the CIA can’t kill
him. Moreover, ask yourself this question, If Julian Assange is killed
tomorrow what message do you think that would send about releasing
sensitive American data?<br />
We witness the results of the precedent set by Assange with Snowden.
Snowden has quoted Assange several times in his interviews. Also
defending Assange as a hero. He espouses the same beliefs that not only
should the U. S. not be spying on it’s people but also the U.S. should
not be spying on the other 95% of the world.<br />
Then there is both these wackos cry of justification. “The public
has a right to know. Information wants to be free. The more you know the
better.” There is some truth to that, but for the most part, it’s
complete crap. If you don’t believe that, post the password to your
email account and all your credit card info on the Internet. No why not?
There should be no secrets, right?<br />
Snowden had the ability to take his concerns to the Congress. There
are myriads of avenues to Whistleblow. Instead just as Assange did he
ran and hid. He is releasing secrets piecemeal in a manner that does
nothing to stop what he objects too, but does damage to U.S. security.<br />
If Assange had been dealt with properly, Snowden would have acted within the law. After all he is a man of conscience, isn’t he?<br />
Look at it this way, If we knew an Iranian spy had acquired the same
information that Assange did and he intended to hand it over to Iran,
the CIA wouldn’t hesitate to kill him. While we might prefer to arrest
him, few Americans would protest if the CIA killed that spy before he
could hand the data to Iran.<br />
Assange did that one better. He didn’t just give sensitive
information to one unfriendly regime. He gave the information to every
hostile government in the world. Julian Assange may not be a terrorist
nor is he using the same methods, but he has the same goal, to do as
much damage to the United States as possible. He has now inspired a
copycat with Snowden. Assange is the enemy of the American people and we
will be safer when he’s dead.<br />
That is why Assaange should have been killed.City Trollhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17856506005288373194noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10987432.post-41901783980410431592013-06-17T01:28:00.001-05:002013-06-17T01:28:55.818-05:00Committing SuicideNot me so no cheering. The Senate is poised to pass immigration
reform. The main plank in it is Amnesty for the 11-40 million illegals
in the country. Lindsey Graham John McCains hand maiden has predicted it
will pass with an overwhelming majority.<br />
Good I hope it does. Not another single event will cause more sitting
members of the Senate to lose their seats. It will definitely destroy
the Republican Party. No other issue is more destructive. The Republican
base has spoken loud and clear. No Amnesty till the Border is Secure.
PERIOD!<br />
The Republicans are believing their own PR offices, but guess what
guys. No one that votes is going to support you. You’re doomed to loose
any chance of ever taking the Senate and if the House joins you in this
debacle the 2010 elections will make the next midterms look like mild
shift.<br />
With all the economic problems, the violations to our Constitution
these ass hats are going to pass a Bill that will legalize 11-40 million
people that 70% are guranteed to vot Democrat and at the same time lost
over half the people that vote for them. Suicide is the only way to

I don't know but Sunday always had funnies in the Newspapers. Since Newspapers are dead the funnies are now on the TV in the form of Political interviews. Here was the best laugh of the day.
Dan Pfeiffer was sent out on all the Sunday shows with a script of bull, just as Susan Rice was. He said the same thing on every show. He even told Clinton's boy that the <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uqo6bbetcek">"Law was Irrelevant"</a>.
The sad part is there are many who are buying this comedy as actual fact. Well what can you say except many people lack integrity.
This one with old Liberal MSM Dinosaur Bob Schieffer is actually painful to watch.<br />

NOW ?</span><br />
Just wanted to flesh out the thought, since there are so many in denial out there at what has been going on.<br />
<span style="color: navy;">1) Mitch McConnell’s office was bugged, we found that out about a month ago. </span><br />
<span style="color: navy;">2) The IRS has been used as a weapon against the Presidents enemies.</span><br />
<span style="color: navy;">3) The Administration lied to the public, and has lied under oath several times, engaging in multiple cover ups.</span><br />

The difference between Richard Nixon and Barack Obama is that back in
the 70s it was expected of our President to be an Honest man. It is no
longer expected or is it a shock that those who hold high office have no
integrity or honesty.<br />
All that matters is the agenda, and the agenda is not one founded in
American roots. I read the comments on here and made by others in and on
the airways. We must protect the President, we must protect the next
President Hillary. I ask you why?<br />
What does it say about people, that who they want to lead them are
those that have committed these crimes. It’s the same as with those that
vote for the IRA/SF over there. You promote and endorse the behavior of
those you support.<br />
That means whatever behavior they engaged in once you know about it,
and still vote for them… You are just as guilty of their crimes.<br />

<h3>
Article 1</h3>
RESOLVED, That Richard M. Nixon, President of the United States, is
impeached for high crimes and misdemeanours, and that the following
articles of impeachment to be exhibited to the Senate:<br />
ARTICLES OF IMPEACHMENT EXHIBITED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF
THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IN THE NAME OF ITSELF AND OF ALL OF THE
PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, AGAINST RICHARD M. NIXON,
PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, IN MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT OF
ITS IMPEACHMENT AGAINST HIM FOR HIGH CRIMES AND MISDEMEANOURS.
<br />
ARTICLE 1<br />
In his conduct of the office of President of the United States,
Richard M. Nixon, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to
execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of
his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the
United States, and in violation of his consitutional duty to take care
that the laws be faithfully executed, has prevented, obstructed, and
impeded the administration of justice, in that:<br />
On June 17, 1972, and prior thereto, agents of the Committee for the
Re-election of the President committed unlawful entry of the
headquarters of the Democratic National Committee in Washington,
District of Columbia, for the purpose of securing political
intelligence. Subsequent thereto, Richard M. Nixon, using the powers of
his high office, engaged personally and through his close subordinates
and agents, in a course of conduct or plan designed to delay, impede,
and obstruct the investigation of such illegal entry; to cover up,
conceal and protect those responsible; and to conceal the existence and
scope of other unlawful covert activities.<br />
The means used to implement this course of conduct or plan included one or more of the following:<br />
<ol>
<li>making false or misleading statements to lawfully authorized investigative officers and employees of the United States;</li>
<li>withholding relevant and material evidence or information from
lawfully authorized investigative officers and employees of the United
States;</li>
<li>approving, condoning, acquiescing in, and counselling witnesses with
respect to the giving of false or misleading statements to lawfully
authorized investigative officers and employees of the United States and
false or misleading testimony in duly instituted judicial and
congressional proceedings;</li>
<li>interfering or endeavouring to interfere with the conduct of
investigations by the Department of Justice of the United States, the
Federal Bureau of Investigation, the office of Watergate Special
Prosecution Force, and Congressional Committees;</li>
<li>approving, condoning, and acquiescing in, the surreptitious payment
of substantial sums of money for the purpose of obtaining the silence or
influencing the testimony of witnesses, potential witnesses or
individuals who participated in such unlawful entry and other illegal
activities;</li>
<li>endeavouring to misuse the Central Intelligence Agency, an agency of the United States;</li>
<li>disseminating information received from officers of the Department
of Justice of the United States to subjects of investigations conducted
by lawfully authorized investigative officers and employees of the
United States, for the purpose of aiding and assisting such subjects in
their attempts to avoid criminal liability;</li>
<li>making or causing to be made false or misleading public statements
for the purpose of deceiving the people of the United States into
believing that a thorough and complete investigation had been conducted
with respect to allegations of misconduct on the part of personnel of
the executive branch of the United States and personnel of the Committee
for the Re-election of the President, and that there was no involvement
of such personnel in such misconduct: or</li>
<li>endeavouring to cause prospective defendants, and individuals duly
tried and convicted, to expect favoured treatment and consideration in
return for their silence or false testimony, or rewarding individuals
for their silence or false testimony.</li>
</ol>
In all of this, Richard M. Nixon has acted in a manner contrary to
his trust as President and subversive of constitutional government, to
the great prejudice of the cause of law and justice and to the manifest
injury of the people of the United States.<br />
Wherefore Richard M. Nixon, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from office.<br />

Article 2</h3>
Using the powers of the office of President of the United States,
Richard M. Nixon, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to
execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of
his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the
United States, and in disregard of his constitutional duty to take care
that the laws be faithfully executed, has repeatedly engaged in conduct
violating the constitutional rights of citizens, impairing the due and
proper administration of justice and the conduct of lawful inquiries, or
contravening the laws governing agencies of the executive branch and
the purposed of these agencies.<br />
This conduct has included one or more of the following:<br />
<ol>
<li>He has, acting personally and through his subordinates and agents,

the constitutional rights of citizens, confidential information
contained in income tax returns for purposed not authorized by law, and
to cause, in violation of the constitutional rights of citizens, income
tax audits or other income tax investigations to be intitiated or

<li>He misused the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Secret Service,
and other executive personnel, in violation or disregard of the

direct, authorize, or permit the use of information obtained thereby for
purposes unrelated to national security, the enforcement of laws, or
any other lawful function of his office; and he did direct the

<li>He has, acting personally and through his subordinates and agents,
in violation or disregard of the constitutional rights of citizens,
authorized and permitted to be maintained a secret investigative unit

<li>He has failed to take care that the laws were faithfully executed by
failing to act when he knew or had reason to know that his close
subordinates endeavoured to impede and frustrate lawful inquiries by
duly constituted executive, judicial and legislative entities concerning
the unlawful entry into the headquarters of the Democratic National
Committee, and the cover-up thereof, and concerning other unlawful
activities including those relating to the confirmation of Richard
Kleindienst as Attorney General of the United States, the electronic
surveillance of private citizens, the break-in into the offices of Dr.
Lewis Fielding, and the campaign financing practices of the Committee to
Re-elect the President.</li>
<li>In disregard of the rule of law, he knowingly misused the executive
power by interfering with agencies of the executive branch, including
the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Criminal Division, and the
Office of Watergate Special Prosecution Force, of the Department of
Justice, and the Central Intelligence Agency, in violation of his duty
to take care that the laws be faithfully executed.</li>

Article 3</h3>
In his conduct of the office of President of the United States,

of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability,
preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and
in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be

produce papers and things as directed by duly authorized subpoenas
issued by the Committee on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives
on April 11, 1974, May 15, 1974, May 30, 1974, and June 24, 1974, and
willfully disobeyed such subpoenas. The subpoenaed papers and things
were deemed necessary by the Committee in order to resolve by direct
evidence fundamental, factual questions relating to Presidential
direction, knowledge or approval of actions demonstrated by other
evidence to be substantial grounds for impeachment of the President. In
refusing to produce these papers and things Richard M. Nixon,
substituting his judgment as to what materials were necessary for the
inquiry, interposed the powers of the Presidency against the the lawful
subpoenas of the House of Representatives, thereby assuming to himself
functions and judgments necessary to the exercise of the sole power of
impeachment vested by the Constitution in the House of Representatives.<br />

It seems that the Obama Administration has been violating the privacy
and sanctity of the Press… Ahhh what a shock. I’m sure the press won’t
mind, why would they? They don’t mind abuse of power of the IRS going
after Tea Party Organizations, Jewish Organizations, including the
demanding of lists of all members and donors of those organizations.<br />
We have in power a group of people that believe they are above the
law. The check and balance of a government that violates the Law is a
vigilant Press Corps. What we have had for over a decade is a Press that
no longer is interested in the truth, but instead has been in pursuit
of an ideological agenda.<br />
Well they have been very successful at supporting that agenda rather
than being the guardians of truth. It is only just that they get to

<br />
<div style="margin-left: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">
<span style="color: #274e13;">The

all the president’s horses and all the president’s men to put the
Benghazi humpty dumpty together again.</span></div>
<div style="margin-left: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">
<span style="color: #274e13;"><b>UPDATE:</b> Reporters not invited to the off-the-record briefing are reportedly incredibly unhappy about it:</span></div>

that the meeting has been characterized as "deep background." The
existence of the meeting itself is considered "off-the-record." White
House spokesman Josh Earnest said, "Deep background means that the info

<div style="margin-left: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">
<span style="color: #274e13;"><b>UPDATE IV:</b> Jay

As we KNOW as a matter of record. There was NEVER a protest. The Administration knew it that night. At 6pm Obama was told that our Embassy had been overrun and that the Ambassador was missing. He left that meeting went to his private quarters and was not seen or heard from again till the next morning.<br />
<br />
That morning he went before the Camera's in the Rose Garden LIED to the Press and the American Public that this was about a reaction to a Video that was out over 3 months prior, got on a Plane and went to Vegas to collect money for his reelection. That story was a LIE. He knew it was a LIE.<br />
<br />
The entire attack on our Embassy was caught on film. After the first 30 minutes it was being watched LIVE in the White House Situation room. The Quick Response teams were either never sent or were told to stand down. CIA operatives at the site were ordered not to provide Aid. They did so and lost their lives.<br />
<br />
This was an Obama Operation to provide guns to Al-Queda in Syria with weapons. Our Ambassador had just met with the Turkish Government Representative that we were funneling the weapons through his country with. A half hour later our Embassy was overrun. There was never a protest.<br />
<br />
Ambassador Stevens was our man in the region that facilitated Arms. He was the person that facilitated the Arms to the Libyan Rebels that overthrew Gaddafi. He was doing the same thing here for the Syrian Rebels. So now 8 months later the FBI which has come to stand for Fumbling Bunch of Idiots releases pictures from the attack of the 3 leaders of the attack.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjrXumTVr-zKgBAwUJl6yDIpBfV_C27j655MABeaXtCelTs3JC6CZoozV5kfKkLQWDZ0bXtGu3RPuEPniCiKpI4fGLjd0VGX1sYxU2YBhG22pbJcP7xrmszifPh9xT81Vrkj27P/s1600/benghazi_images1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="179" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjrXumTVr-zKgBAwUJl6yDIpBfV_C27j655MABeaXtCelTs3JC6CZoozV5kfKkLQWDZ0bXtGu3RPuEPniCiKpI4fGLjd0VGX1sYxU2YBhG22pbJcP7xrmszifPh9xT81Vrkj27P/s320/benghazi_images1.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
Now they have had these photo's from day one. They have lied over and over.<br />
<br />
We have had an Ambassador killed, we have had a President, a Secretary of State that has Lied under oath (gee didn't her husband do that also?) we have an Administration lying through the Press Secretary that they are not blocking witnesses from testifying. Yet there are attorneys publicly saying otherwise. There are State Dept Officials appearing on TV behind screens with their voices changed out of fear of reprisal.<br />
<br />
So you tell me Hillary "What difference does it make?".... how about to these dead guys?<br />

In the United States, the putting of feet on a desk is not automatically
interpreted as a sign of disrespect but placing feet on an American

is interpreted by many as an entirely different matter. </span></div>

The desk got its name because it was made of the wood from the
HMS Resolute, a British sailing ship. </span></div>
<div align="justify">
<span style="color: navy; font-size: x-small;">In 1852 the HMS
Resolute set off on a 2 - 3 year mission along with four other ships to
the Arctic. This was a mission to investigate the
disappearance of two ships, the Erebus and Terror, which left England in
1845 in search of the North West Passage. As planned, the rescue ship
became trapped by ice twice which carried them closer to their
destination. Eventually, the crew protected the vessel from the
elements and continued on their mission on foot. </span></div>

<span style="color: navy; font-size: x-small;">The abandoned British
ship that was found 1200 miles from where her crew left her by the U.S.
whaling ship George Henry in 1855. The George Henry crew managed to free the
entrapped Resolute and sailed the salvaged prize back to New England
where she was sold to the American government. As a gesture of peace and
esteem Resolute was repaired, refitted and eventually returned to England.
In 1878 the ship was decommissioned and Queen Victoria ordered a desk to
be fashioned from the wood of the Resolute. She presented this
desk as a gift
to President Rutherford B. Hayes in 1880. </span></div>
<div align="justify">
<span style="color: navy; font-size: x-small;">According to the White
House Museum web site, every president since Hayes has used the Resolute
Desk either in the Oval Office or a private study in the Executive
Mansion with the exception of Presidents Johnson, Nixon, and Ford. President
Franklin Roosevelt requested that a panel be installed at the front of
the desk to hide his braces and wheelchair but the panel project was not
finished until after he died. President Truman was in office
when the panel was installed.

The powered test flight over California's Mojave Desert lasted 16 seconds and broke the sound barrier.<br />
<span id="midArticle_2"></span>"It
was stunning," Branson told Reuters. "You could see it very, very
clearly. Putting the rocket and the spaceship together and seeing it
perform safely, it was a critical day."<br />
<span id="midArticle_3"></span>The
spaceship and its carrier aircraft, WhiteKnightTwo, took off from the
Mojave Air and Space Port at 7 a.m. PDT (10.00 a.m. EDT), heading to an
altitude of about 46,000 feet, where SpaceShipTwo was released.<br />
<span id="midArticle_4"></span>Two
pilots then ignited the ship's rocket engine and climbed another 10,000
feet, reaching Mach 1.2 in the process. Additional test flights are
planned before the spaceship will fly even faster, eventually reaching
altitudes that exceed 62 miles.<br />
<span id="midArticle_5"></span>"Going

THE MANS AN IDIOT! Let me tell you why.</span><br />
<h1>
Capitalism is killing our morals, our future</h1>
<h2>
Commentary: In a Market Society, everything is for sale</h2>
<div class="" id="byline">

<div class="leadin" id="">
SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. (MarketWatch) — Yes, capitalism is working ...
for the Forbes 1,000 Global Billionaires whose ranks swelled from 322 in
2000 to 1,426 recently. Billionaires control the vast majority of the
world’s wealth, while the income of American workers stagnated. <span style="color: red;">And what that is the Billionaires fault? The fact that some people have MADE vast sums of money is a good thing. They didn't steal it. One person making wealth in no way harms another's ability to do so.</span></div>
<div class="leadin" id="">
<br /></div>
<div class="leadin" id="">
</div>
<div class="" id="">
For the rest of the world, capitalism is not working: A billion live on
less than two dollars a day. With global population exploding to 10
billion by 2050, that inequality gap will grow, fueling revolutions,
wars, adding more billionaires and more folks surviving on two bucks a
day.<span style="color: red;">That is not the fault of Capitalism. Capitalism isn't even practised in any part of the world, let alone the majority. Socialism, and Dictatorship is the majority rule of the world.</span></div>
<div class="" id="">
Over the years we’ve explored the reasons capitalism blindly continues
on its self-destructive path. <span style="color: red;">Wrong </span>Recently we found someone who brilliantly
explains why free-market capitalism is destined to destroy the world,
absent a historic paradigm shift: That is Harvard philosopher Michael
Sandel, <span style="color: red;">Another Idiot</span> author of the new best-seller, “What Money Can’t Buy: The Moral
Limits of Markets,” and his earlier classic, “Justice: What’s the Right
Thing to Do?”
</div>
<div class="" id="">
For more than three decades Sandel’s been explaining how capitalism is
undermining America’s moral values and why most people are in denial of
the impact. <span style="color: red;">Capitalism isn't undermining anything. Socialism and it's anti-god factions have been whats eroding the morals of society incrementally for 100 years</span> His classes are larger than a thousand although you can take
his <a href="http://www.justiceharvard.org/">Harvard “Justice” course online</a>. <span style="color: red;">Yes you can get the reach of Radical Communism right in your own home from any University</span> Sandel recently summarized his ideas about capitalism in the Atlantic. In “What Isn’t for Sale?” he writes:
</div>
<div class="" id="">
“Without being fully aware of the shift, Americans have drifted from
having a market economy to becoming a market society ... where almost
everything is up for sale ... a way of life where market values seep
into almost every sphere of life and sometimes crowd out or corrode
important values, non-market values.”
</div>
<div class="" id="">
Sandel should be required reading for all Wall Street insiders as well
as America’s 95 million Main Street investors. Here’s a condensed
version: <span style="color: red;">Everything has always been for sale, name a time when it wasn't.</span></div>
<h3>
In one generation, market ideology consumed America’s collective spirit
</h3>
<div class="" id="">
“The years leading up to the financial crisis of 2008 were a heady time
of market faith and deregulation — an era of market triumphalism,” says
Sandel. “The era began in the early 1980s, when Ronald Reagan and
Margaret Thatcher proclaimed their conviction that markets, not
government, held the key to prosperity and freedom.”<span style="color: red;">And their policies led to a 20 year boom of prosperity</span></div>

</div>
<div class="" id="">
And in the 1990s with the “market-friendly liberalism of Bill Clinton
and Tony Blair, who moderated but consolidated the faith that markets
are the primary means for achieving the public good.”<span style="color: red;">Wrong the ushered in the current collapse</span> </div>
<div class="" id="">
Today “almost everything can be bought and sold.” Today “markets, and
market values, have come to govern our lives as never before. We did not
arrive at this condition through any deliberate choice. It is almost as
if it came upon us,” says Sandel.<span style="color: red;">That's because he is an idiot</span></div>
<div class="" id="">
Over the years, “market values were coming to play a greater and greater
role in social life. Economics was becoming an imperial domain. Today,
the logic of buying and selling no longer applies to material goods
alone. It increasingly governs the whole of life.”<span style="color: red;">It always has, but it was tempered with faith and the morality that comes with faith in God</span></div>
<h3>
Examples: New free-market capitalism trapped in American brains
</h3>
<div class="" id="">
Yes, it’s everywhere: “Markets to allocate health, education, public
safety, national security, criminal justice, environmental protection,
recreation, procreation, and other social goods unheard-of 30 years ago.
Today, we take them largely for granted.”<span style="color: red;">All those areas are controlled by the socialist politicians and their minions. Not one is market driven, they are dictated to on their functioning by bureaucrats that believe they know better than the common man. It is why everyone of those areas is failing.</span> </div>
<div class="" id="">
Examples ... for-profit schools, hospitals, prisons ... outsourcing war
to private contractors ... police forces by private guards “almost twice
the number of public police officers” <span style="color: red;">and are financially viable</span> ... drug “companies aggressive
marketing of prescription drugs directly to consumers, a practice ...
prohibited in most other countries.”</div>
<div class="" id="">
More: Ads in “public schools ... buses ... corridors ... cafeterias ... <span style="color: red;">because the have milked the homeowner out of every penny of property tax that they can, and to support an average salary twice that of the common man golden pensions and healthcare packages they have reached the limit they can steal from the taxpayer. So the now get sponsors</span>
naming rights to parks and civic spaces ... <span style="color: red;">Also mostly paid for by TAX revenue </span>blurred boundaries, within
journalism, between news and advertising ... marketing of ‘designer’
eggs and sperm for assisted reproduction ... buying and selling ... the
right to pollute <span style="color: red;">carbon TAXES created by the socialist environmentalists</span> ... campaign finance in the U.S. that comes close to
permitting the buying and selling of elections.” </div>
<div class="" id="">
<br /></div>
<h3>
Why should you worry? Capitalism breeds corruption and inequality
</h3>
<div class="" id="">
But the 2008 crash challenged our faith in free-market capitalism: “The
financial crisis did more than cast doubt on the ability of markets to
allocate risk efficiently. It also prompted a widespread sense that
markets have become detached from morals.”<span style="color: red;">No it showed that when Government "Mandates" that banks give money that can't pay it back and then buys that bad paper and sells it on the world market, Government creates catastrophe</span></div>
<div class="" id="">
Then comes the big question: So what? “Why worry that we are moving
toward a society in which everything is up for sale?” Two big reasons
concern Sandel:
</div>
<div class="" id="">
First, inequality: “Where everything is for sale, life is harder for
those of modest means.” If wealth just bought things, yachts, sports
cars, and fancy vacations, inequalities wouldn’t matter much. “But as
money comes to buy more and more, the distribution of income and wealth
looms larger.”<span style="color: red;">The voice of the true communist</span></div>
<div class="" id="">
Second, corruption: “Putting a price on the good things in life can
corrupt them ... markets don’t only allocate goods, they express and
promote certain attitudes toward the goods being exchanged.” Also
“corrupt the meaning of citizenship. Economists often assume that
markets ... do not affect the goods being exchanged. But this is untrue.
Markets leave their mark.”<span style="color: red;">Pure babel that ignores the effects of the removal of faith from the public arena</span></div>
<h3>
Warning: Morals are new commodities auctioned to highest bidder
</h3>
<div class="" id="">
Sandel warns that our new dominating capitalist mind-set is crowding out
“nonmarket values worth caring about. When we decide that certain goods
may be bought and sold,” they become “commodities, as instruments of
profit and use.”
</div>
<div class="" id="">
But “not all goods are properly valued in this way ... Slavery was
appalling because it treated human beings as a commodity, to be bought
and sold at auction,” failing to “value human beings as persons, worthy
of dignity and respect; it sees them as instruments of gain and objects
of use.”
</div>
<div class="" id="">
Nor do we permit “children to be bought and sold, no matter how
difficult the process of adoption can be.” The same with citizenship ...
jury duty ... voting rights ... “we believe that civic duties are not
private property but public responsibilities. To outsource them is to
demean them, to value them in the wrong way.”
</div>
<div class="" id="">
Many things should never be commodities.<span style="color: red;">You decry the environment that has resulted by the insertion of socialism and the removal of god and morality from the public arena. A feat that has been achieved over the past 100 years by "Progressives" not Capitalists </span></div>
<h3>
America transforms from mere market economy to new market society
</h3>
<div class="" id="">
Sandel’s core message is simple: “The good things in life are degraded
if turned into commodities. So to decide where the market belongs, and
where it should be kept at a distance, we have to decide how to value
the goods in question — health, education, family life, nature, art,
civic duties, and so on. These are moral and political questions, not
merely economic ones.”<span style="color: red;">These are questions for the individual, led by his/her own moral code which used to be grounded in faith, not the domain of the political class or the group-think majority</span></div>
<div class="" id="">
Unfortunately, we never had that debate during the 30-year rise of
“market triumphalism. As a result, without quite realizing it — without
ever deciding to do so — we drifted from having a market economy to
being a market society.”<span style="color: red;">No we have had 100 years of "Progressives" driving us to this point, piece by piece</span></div>
<div class="" id="">
And “the difference is this: A market economy is a tool ... for
organizing productive activity. A market society is a way of life in
which market values seep into every aspect of human endeavor. It’s a
place where social relations are made over in the image of the market.”
The difference is profound.
</div>
<div class="" id="">
Not only did the debate never happen. It may never. Why? Because
politicians aren’t up to debating values, may be pushing us past the
point of no return.<span style="color: red;">It is because the progressive agenda has always been the agenda of communism and no god. Since 1910 the progressives have incrementally insinuated socialism into our system till it has reached this point of collapse. They have done so deliberately and have never been willing to express their agenda openly</span></div>
<div class="" id="">
Today’s “political argument consists mainly of shouting matches on cable
television, partisan vitriol on talk radio and ideological food fights
on the floor of Congress,” says Sandel, so “it’s hard to imagine a
reasoned public debate about such controversial moral questions as the
right way to value procreation, children, education, health, the
environment, citizenship and other goods.”<span style="color: red;">You are the type of person that has brought it to this point.</span></div>
<h3>
Dysfunctional politicians pushing Americans past point of no return
</h3>
<div class="" id="">
Can we change? “The appeal of using markets to put a price on public
values, is that there’s no judgment on the preferences they satisfy.”
Debate is unnecessary. Markets don’t “ask whether some ways of valuing
goods are higher, or worthier, than others. If someone is willing to pay
for sex, or a kidney ... the only question the economist asks is ‘How
much?’ Markets ... don’t discriminate between worthy preferences and
unworthy ones.” Markets may never draw the line, but do politicians, in
secret?<span style="color: red;">Who decides who is worthy? the bureaucrat ?</span></div>
<div class="" id="">
What is certain: Capitalism is eliminating moral values, as Nobel
economist Milton Friedman and capitalism’s philosopher Ayn Rand had been
preaching to the generation. <span style="color: red;">Twisting the words of the greats doesn't bolster your deluded observations</span> As Sandel puts it: “Each party to a deal
decides for him- or herself what value to place on the things being
exchanged. This nonjudgmental stance toward values lies at the heart of
market reasoning, and explains much of its appeal.”
</div>
<div class="" id="">
But unfortunately, market capitalism “has exacted a heavy price ... drained public discourse of moral and civic energy.”<span style="color: red;">No socialist engineering of the market has done that</span></div>
<div class="" id="">
The good professor is a great teacher, with only one glaring flaw in his
logic: he’s too idealistic, too quixotic. You don’t have to be a
fatalist to know that without a total economic collapse, market
capitalists — including 1,426 billionaires, Wall Street bankers,
hedgers, lobbyists and every other special interest getting rich off the
new market society — will never voluntarily surrender their control
over the American political system.
</div>
<div class="" id="">
Rather, they will blindly continue down their self-destructive path with
an absolute conviction they are divinely guided by the Invisible Hand
of Adam Smith, and perhaps even God. <span style="color: red;">The true words of a man who doesn't even realize he is preaching Marx</span></div>
<div class="" id="">
Meanwhile, we have no choice but wait patiently till the collapse,
anxiously aware that our bizarre political system will just keep
degrading America’s moral values, pricing, buying, selling, trading
morals like commodities, because in the final analysis everything has a
price and everyone has a price in our hot new exciting Market Society. <span style="color: red;">
If and when a full collapse takes place you are not going to be happy. The minority of socialist bureaucrats like yourself and Sandel will be amongst those that are hunted down for the cause of the collapse. America is supposed to be about Free Markets and Capitalism. Your ilk have polluted it to the point of dismay and disrepair that it is currently in. When it rights itself, which it will, you will find yourself on the short end of the stick</span>

<br />
God has been removed from the Public Arena. It is considered offensive to pray. It is considered a violation to mention God at Public events. You can not have a functioning society without a system that is based on the moral precepts that are embedded into a society by Religion and God. Without them your compass has no North. Without God and Morality everything is relative, and a case of justification for any behavior can and is made. We see it everyday.<br />
<br />
<br />
Guns and the peoples retention of them is our Guarantee of Liberty.<br />
<br />
<b>U.S. Constitution: Second Amendment</b>
<span style="color: blue;">A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free
State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be
infringed.</span>
<span style="color: red;">Whose original intent was to ensure our Freedom against the Tyranny of
the State. The PEOPLE shall be allowed to own and carry their guns so
that if the POLITICIANS become a threat to our FREEDOMS the People can
form Militias and over throw the Government by force if necessary. It
has nothing to do with Hunters....</span><br />
<br />
Yet our current Government is jumping through every hoop it can to take away our guns. Why is that? Is it for our safety? That's what they claim.<br />
<br />
Guts, the determination to persevere through the trials and tribulations of Life. To pick ourselves up when we have fallen. To face and work through the challenges that just existing in this world throws at us.<br />
<br />
The U.S. has fallen, we have allowed subversive veins of thought and culture to become dominant in our society instead of just a being just a fringe bit of color.<br />
<br />
This Country was not designed to be a Government top down run Society. Just the opposite. It was designed to be run by the People for the People. The Federal Government was supposed to have the least amount of power out of any of our government establishments.<br />
<br />
We have through corruption and apathy allowed it to become the fountain of Power. Over the past 100 years the American Dream has been chipped away. It is impossible to recognize. This is what we must strive to change.<br />
<br />
Does it get changed through peaceful internal machinations, or by revolution? We still have time to reverse these trends through our votes and who we support. If this is not achieved via this means the Revolution that will rip through this country will make the French Revolution look like a peace movement.City Trollhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17856506005288373194noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10987432.post-85978840522422950612013-04-23T07:07:00.000-05:002013-04-23T07:14:58.924-05:00Sing it LOUD and Proud<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

The public is reminded that charges contained in an indictment or
criminal complaint are merely allegations, and that defendants are
presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.</h3>
(<a href="http://www.justice.gov/usao/ma/news/2013/April/criminalcomplaint1304211847.pdf">Download Criminal Complaint</a> <img alt="PDF icon" height="16" src="http://www.justice.gov/usao/ma/images/adobe.gif" width="16" />)<br />
<br />
<span style="color: #660000;">And with those words begins a farce. This is not the wheels of Justice, or the Persecution of a War and those that are fighting in it. This is Politics. Plain and simple.</span><br />
<br />
<span style="color: #660000;">Yes this act took place on American Soil, yes the two terrorists have lived here for many years. What they did however, they did with the cold heart of Terrorist Scum. They planted bombs gleefully in the middle of crowds of innocent people.Exploding two bombs designed to inflict massive trauma to human beings in the middle of a crowd of Families, woman and children. In the one film you can see the smile on the Terrorists face as he placed the bag behind a small child.</span><br />
<span style="color: #660000;"><br /></span>
<span style="color: #660000;">That is an Act of War, if you want to say they are Americans and are entitled to Civil Criminal Court it would still be wrong because then if you view them in that light it's an act of Treason. </span><br />
<br />
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
<span style="color: #274e13;">Because treason involves the betrayal of allegiance to the United
States, a person need not be a U.S. citizen to commit treason under the
Constitution. Persons who owe temporary allegiance to the United States
can commit treason. <a href="http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/Aliens">Aliens</a> who are domiciliaries of the United States, for example, can commit traitorous acts during the period of their domicile.</span><br />
<br />
<span style="color: #274e13;"> Treason is punishable by death.</span></blockquote>
<br />
<span style="color: #660000;">And it could be applied to this Terrorist. </span><br />
<span style="color: #660000;"><br /></span>
<span style="color: #660000;">Either way you look at it this animal needs to be put to death, squeezed for every bit of info he has. Then eliminated with extreme prejeduce, preferably publicly. Instead we will face years of a farce of a trial designed to highlight a 1000 special interests. Not one of then being Justice. </span><br />
<br />
<span style="color: #660000;">Those that aren't taking this on a visceral level in Washington miss just how seriously the people are taking these events and how it is going to be handled.</span><br />

May they find the strength they will need over the next few years to recover.<br />

The eldest brother of these two Animals was brought to the attention of the FBI 2 years ago. They were notified that he was Radicalized, and a threat.<br />
<br />
What did the government do, or as the proof of events prove out, didn't do, over the past two years that could have prevented this attack.<br />
<br />
That is the question. Tonight Boston and the country can celebrate, tomorrow we need to know why this intelligence operation was a complete and total FAILURE.<br />

<blockquote class="tr_bq">
<span style="color: red;">The FBI admitted Friday they interviewed the now-deceased Boston
Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev two years ago and failed to
find any incriminating information about him.</span><br />

<span style="color: red;">As first reported by CBS News correspondent Bob Orr, the FBI
interviewed Tsarnaev, the elder brother of at-large bombing suspect
Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev, at the request of a foreign government to see if
he had any extremist ties, but failed to find any linkage. </span><br />
<br />
<span style="color: red;">Both
Tsarnaev brothers were legal permanent residents of the U.S. There is
no evidence so far that either brother received any tactical training.</span><br />
<span style="color: red;">CBS
News correspondent John Miller reports it is likely Russia asked to
have the elder Tsarnaev vetted because of suspected ties to Chechen
extremists.</span> </blockquote>
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
<span style="color: red;">The FBI is likely to have run a background
check, running his name through all the relevant databases, including
those of other agencies, checking on his communications and all of his

where they probably asked him a lot of questions about his life, his
contacts, his surroundings. All of this was then written in a report and
sent it to the requesting government.</span> </blockquote>

Unfortunately, the Obama Administration has failed to make this a

tried to illegally purchase a firearm, the Obama Justice Department
prosecuted only 44.”</b></i><br />

<span style="color: #cc0000;">The Vice Jester had this to say:</span><br />
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
Joe Biden says the president of the United States is preparing to take "executive actions" to deal with guns.<br />
<a href="http://www.buzzfeed.com/evanmcsan/biden-pledges-more-executive-action-on-guns-later-this-week" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">BuzzFeed reports</a>:</blockquote>
<blockquote>
<blockquote>
Vice President Biden told White House allies in the gun
control fight Thursday that President Obama will be announcing new
executive actions on gun violence in the days after the Senate voted
down a gun violence bill.<br />
On a conference call with "stakeholders," Biden told gun control
advocates that the fight is not over and that eventual action on gun
control will come. Press were not invited to the conference call; a
participant provided BuzzFeed with access.<br />
"Look I know you're going to say that I'm just being an optimist and
I'm trying to put a good face on this. But you know I've been around
here a long time and we've already done, because of you, some really
good things," Biden said. "Number one, the president is already lining
up some additional executive actions he's going to be taking later this
week."<br />
After the Newtown shootings, Obama took a number of executive actions
to expand research into gun violence and other areas favored by the gun
control community. He took the actions without Congressional approval,
leading to <a href="http://theweek.com/article/index/238918/5-outraged-reactions-to-obamas-gun-proposals" rel="nofollow">outrage</a> by some conservatives.</blockquote>
