A good day at the protest

Well we went to an anti-protest protest yesterday. It was a lot of fun. It was held in down town Philly in front of the Liberty Bell. We were protesting the anti-war protesters that were across the street in front of the Constitution Center. There was a lot of fun yelling back and forth at each other. There were even some brave souls that came over to try and explain why we were diluded in believing that any thing was worth fighting for. If you go to my links and check out Grizzly Mamas blog she has the pictures on her blog. While we were there I took the kids into see the liberty bell. All in all it was a nice day a good peacefull demonstration on both sides of the issue of free speach

  1. Here's the best way to protest in favor of the war: Enlist in the Army.

  2. Honey - we did our time. Yep. Veterans. We're old. Even when they raised the minimum age - we're still too old.

I'm happy to see that you chose the Army - which is the branch of service I did my time in. Troll was Air Force...well..what can I say? My young relatives are Marines. Good friends Army.

We are contributing our treasure with our blessings - our young men and women. Possibly not the choice that we had in mind for them but we are proud of them. God protect them.

  5. So what you are saying is that you like war?

Then why don't you go fight it if you love it so much?
