Hezbollah says Syria to supply 'game-changing arms' 

 

AFP - Syria is to supply Lebanon's Hezbollah with "game-changing weapons" despite Israel's air strikes reportedly aimed at cutting off the flow of arms, the Shiite group's leader said on Thursday.
"You Israelis say your objective is to stop the capability of the resistance (against Israel) from growing... but Syria will provide (Hezbollah) with game-changing weapons it has not had before," Hassan Nasrallah said in a televised speech.

They're Still Lying

As we KNOW as a matter of record. There was NEVER a protest. The Administration knew it that night. At 6pm Obama was told that our Embassy had been overrun and that the Ambassador was missing. He left that meeting went to his private quarters and was not seen or heard from again till the next morning.

That morning he went before the Camera's in the Rose Garden LIED to the Press and the American Public that this was about a reaction to a Video that was out over 3 months prior, got on a Plane and went to Vegas to collect money for his reelection. That story was a LIE. He knew it was a LIE.

The entire attack on our Embassy was caught on film. After the first 30 minutes it was being watched LIVE in the White House Situation room. The Quick Response teams were either never sent or were told to stand down. CIA operatives at the site were ordered not to provide Aid. They did so and lost their lives.

This was an Obama Operation to provide guns to Al-Queda in Syria with weapons. Our Ambassador had just met with the Turkish Government Representative that we were funneling the weapons through his country with. A half hour later our Embassy was overrun. There was never a protest.

Ambassador Stevens was our man in the region that facilitated Arms. He was the person that facilitated the Arms to the Libyan Rebels that overthrew Gaddafi. He was doing the same thing here for the Syrian Rebels. So now 8 months later the FBI which has come to stand for Fumbling Bunch of Idiots releases pictures from the attack of the 3 leaders of the attack.

Now they have had these photo's from day one. They have lied over and over.

We have had an Ambassador killed, we have had a President, a Secretary of State that has Lied under oath (gee didn't her husband do that also?) we have an Administration lying through the Press Secretary that they are not blocking witnesses from testifying. Yet there are attorneys publicly saying otherwise. There are State Dept Officials appearing on TV behind screens with their voices changed out of fear of reprisal.

So you tell me Hillary "What difference does it make?".... how about to these dead guys?

The former mayor of London took to Press TV, an Iranian state-run network, recently to express his disdain for the Bush White House and his assurance that the Boston Marathon bombings were brought upon the United States because of its injustices abroad.
“Very often, people get incredibly angry about injustices that they see,” Ken Livingstone said Friday, according to a transcript by the Middle East Media Research Institute, a nonprofit. “They would have been reading about the torture at Guantanamo Bay, at Baghram airbase. They would have read stuff about how, I think it is 54 different countries secretly collaborated with America for this rendition — people being snatched off streets taken to be tortured, because the Bush regime believed that they were all potential terrorists.
“There was such ignorance in the Bush White House about Islam and about the history of so many disputes that exist in the Middle East. People get angry — they lash out,” he continued. “… It’s the whole squalid intervention that has disfigured the record of the Western democracies. I think this fuels the anger of the young men, who — as we saw in Boston — went out, and, out of anger and demand for revenge, claimed lives in the West.”

Ah such good a Friend and Ally

The route they are taking is wrong. Terrorism is not for Civil Court.

The public is reminded that charges contained in an indictment or criminal complaint are merely allegations, and that defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.

And with those words begins a farce. This is not the wheels of Justice, or the Persecution of a War and those that are fighting in it. This is Politics. Plain and simple.

Yes this act took place on American Soil, yes the two terrorists have lived here for many years. What they did however, they did with the cold heart of  Terrorist Scum. They planted bombs gleefully in the middle of crowds of innocent people.Exploding two bombs designed to inflict massive trauma to human beings in the middle of a crowd of Families, woman and children. In the one film you can see the smile on the Terrorists face as he placed the bag behind a small child.

That is an Act of War, if you want to say they are Americans and are entitled to Civil Criminal Court it would still be wrong because then if you view them in that light it's an act of Treason. 

Because treason involves the betrayal of allegiance to the United States, a person need not be a U.S. citizen to commit treason under the Constitution. Persons who owe temporary allegiance to the United States can commit treason. Aliens who are domiciliaries of the United States, for example, can commit traitorous acts during the period of their domicile.

 Treason is punishable by death.

And it could be applied to this Terrorist. 

Either way you look at it this animal needs to be put to death, squeezed for every bit of info he has. Then eliminated with extreme prejeduce, preferably publicly. Instead we will face years of a farce of a trial designed to highlight a 1000 special interests. Not one of then being Justice. 

Those that aren't taking this on a visceral level in Washington miss just how seriously the people are taking these events and how it is going to be handled.

My prayers go out to those that lost their lives, those that lost limbs, the injured and all their families. May they find the strength they will need over the next few years to recover.

The eldest brother of these two Animals was brought to the attention of the FBI 2 years ago. They were notified that he was Radicalized, and a threat.

What did the government do, or as the proof of events prove out, didn't do, over the past two years that could have prevented this attack.

That is the question. Tonight Boston and the country can celebrate, tomorrow we need to know why this  intelligence operation was a complete and total FAILURE.

The FBI admitted Friday they interviewed the now-deceased Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev two years ago and failed to find any incriminating information about him.

As first reported by CBS News correspondent Bob Orr, the FBI interviewed Tsarnaev, the elder brother of at-large bombing suspect Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev, at the request of a foreign government to see if he had any extremist ties, but failed to find any linkage. 

Both Tsarnaev brothers were legal permanent residents of the U.S. There is no evidence so far that either brother received any tactical training.
CBS News correspondent John Miller reports it is likely Russia asked to have the elder Tsarnaev vetted because of suspected ties to Chechen extremists.

The FBI is likely to have run a background check, running his name through all the relevant databases, including those of other agencies, checking on his communications and all of his overseas travel. Miller reports that culminated in a sit-down interview where they probably asked him a lot of questions about his life, his contacts, his surroundings. All of this was then written in a report and sent it to the requesting government.

This is an issue they've had in the past. They interviewed Carlos Bledsoe in Little Rock, Ark., before he shot up an Army recruiting station in 2009. They were also looking into Major Hasan Nadal before the Fort Hood shootings.

However, the FBI has maintained in those incidents that they took all the steps they were asked to and were allowed to under the law.

Although the FBI initially denied contacting Tsarnaev, the brothers' mother said they had in an interview with Russia Today.

Zubeidat Tsarnaeva said her son got involved in "religious politics" about five years ago, and never told her he was involved in "jihad."

She insisted the FBI "knew what he was doing on Skype" and that they counseled him "every step of the way."

Tsarnaeva, who is a U.S. citizen currently in Russia, told Russia Today the FBI had called her with concerns about her elder son, although she did not specify when exactly she was contacted.

"They used to come [to our] home, they used to talk to me ... they were telling me that he was really an extremist leader and that they were afraid of him," Tsarnaeva said. "They told me whatever information he is getting, he gets from these extremist sites... they were controlling him, they were controlling his every step...and now they say that this is a terrorist act!"

Saudi "student" from a well connected Saudi family has been questioned and had his apartment searched is being deported. The file started on this student while he was being treated at the hospital has all of a sudden been made classified.

The changing of this to a classified file took place right after the President had an UN-Official meeting with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud al-Faisal last night. The "Student" is being deported and his Visa revoked. He is to be sent back to Saudi Arabia on the grounds of "A Threat to Security, and Terrorist Activities" the Deportation Order has now been Classified.

Now my question is WHY?  If they are using this student to get information on others that is quite credible, was he involved? If they aren't flipping him for information why is he being allowed to leave? His Deportation Papers said "Terrorist Activities". If terrorism is not an act of War, but a Criminal activity why is he being Deported on those grounds and not Prosecuted?

Why isn't the MSM asking these questions?

UPDATE:

A senior law enforcement official with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) told TheBlaze Thursday that reports claiming the department was deporting Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi under section 212 3B (“security and related grounds”) and had opened an “event” (or file) on the Saudi Arabian national following the Boston attacks is “categorically false.”

The official also told TheBlaze that Alharbi was never in custody nor ever considered for deportation by ICE, but that the department does have a different Saudi national in custody being held on grounds unrelated to the Boston bombings.

Reports have indicated that both Alharbi and another Saudi student were wounded in Monday’s blasts. While in the hospital for treatment following the attack, Alharbi was considered a “person of interest” and was guarded by law enforcement officials. He is now, according to law enforcement officials, no longer considered a person of interest.

The senior ICE official confirmed to TheBlaze that the department does currently have a different Saudi Arabian national in custody, but that that person is in “no way affiliated” with the Boston attacks, nor is the detainee one of the two Saudi nationals who were wounded on Monday.

The ICE official add that the man currently in ICE’s custody is from the Boston area and is being detained on visa violation issues only.

“The person we have in custody is not Alharabi, is not being deported, and is not connected at all to the Boston attack,” the senior law enforcement official told TheBlaze.

While the official did not say when the Saudi was taken into custody, is not being deported

“The person [we do have] is in custody for violations of his visa. Alharbi is here legally and is not being deported…Alharbi was never in ICE’s custody.” The ICE official added that Alharbi was never being considered for deportation.

A different ICE source had previously claimed Alharbi was slated for deportation by ICE under section 212 3B — “terrorist activities” — and that a file had been started on the Saudi student.

“That alleged source has no idea what they are talking about and their [claim] is categorically false,” the senior ICE official told TheBlaze in response.

The senior ICE official added that Homeland Security is working closely with the FBI to find out who perpetrated the attacks.

“Everyone wants to find out who was responsible,” the ICE official added.

As time goes by

The more time that passes without any evidence, or without a group taking credit for the bombings the more and more likely it is that it was a domestic Terrorist instead of a foreign one. That is if they are telling us everything, there are always plenty of reasons not to.
Investigations take time, which not a lot has passed, but it is the lack of trumpet blowing by the perpetrator that has me concerned. That tends to point it to an American terrorist, hell that’s what the Liberals are hoping for. Check out this article from Salon.

“White privilege is knowing that even if the bomber turns out to be white, no one will call for your group to be profiled as terrorists as a result, subjected to special screening or threatened with deportation,” writes author Tim Wise. “White privilege is knowing that if this bomber turns out to be white, the United States government will not bomb whatever corn field or mountain town or stale suburb from which said bomber came, just to ensure that others like him or her don’t get any ideas. And if he turns out to be a member of the Irish Republican Army we won’t bomb Dublin. And if he’s an Italian-American Catholic we won’t bomb the Vatican.”
Because of these undeniable and pervasive double standards, the specific identity of the Boston Marathon bomber (or bombers) is not some minor detail — it will almost certainly dictate what kind of governmental, political and societal response we see in the coming weeks. That means regardless of your particular party affiliation, if you care about everything from stopping war to reducing the defense budget to protecting civil liberties to passing immigration reform, you should hope the bomber was a white domestic terrorist. Why? Because only in that case will privilege work to prevent the Boston attack from potentially undermining progress on those other issues.

This guy spells it out perfectly, that is the Liberal Mindset on display better than anyone could describe. These people don’t care that we are at war, they blame us for the War. They have been groomed under the tutelage of Academia and the likes of Bill Ayers.  There is a term “self hating Jew”, the left have truly become “self hating Americans” right down to the ones that are currently in charge.
We need to know one way or another. This is a major Intelligence Failure no matter who did it. The Governments Constitutional Duty is to provide Security. They didn’t, but that’s ok today they vote on unconstitutionally abridging our second Amendment Rights… That’ll make us safe.

We Know 2 Things

We suffered a Terrorist attack. 2 people confirmed Dead (including an 8yr old Child) and there are at last count 100 wounded.

And 2 The Obama Administration has spent Millions of Dollars and Millions of Man Hours over the past 4 months trying to disarm Law Abiding Americans. While not doing their job protecting us from Nefarious people that mean to do us harm.

Whether they be Domestic or Foreign.

At this point anything else is speculation

The U.S. Government has one Constitutional Duty to Protect the People.
